Sarah Rhoads Photographers focuses on lifestyle, fine-art, modern photography. We are passionate about honest, imaginative imagery that captures people in an authentic and real way. Our work is distinctly modern with an emphasis on fun, energetic & real imagery. We see the world from a unique perspective and infuse that perspective into our work.

All sessions, weddings & events are booked on a first come first serve basis upon receiving the reservation fee and the contract. Reservation fee/deposits are required for all sessions & weddings to reserve your date & time. Deposits are 50% of the total package value and are needed to secure your date. The remaining balance will be due 4 weeks prior to the date of your session or event. Outstanding accounts will be charged with a $75 late fee for every 7 days late. 

All reservation fee/deposits are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of photography services, there are no refunds, or re-shoots. All sales are final.

Artists reserve the right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality and within the Photographers' artistic standards. Images are selected and edited at Photographer's discretion.

Two days (48 hour) notice must be given to Sarah Rhoads Photographers in order to re-schedule a session. There is a $75 fee to re-schedule and any deposit made will be transferred to your new date & time. 

Please be on time to your session. I cannot always guarantee being able to stay longer for a scheduled session that is late. Your time will not be pro-rated.

Please note that it is illegal to scan prints, right-click or screen shot online proofs or other online images featured on the web site or the blog, make copies from prints, sell or alter images received in CD or print format.

All images indefinitely remain under copyright of Sarah Rhoads Photographers unless otherwise noted under contractual agreement.
